The Roof Technician vs Apex Roofers?

I'm torn between two quotes for fixing my flat roof. Both seem okay, but I'm trying to decide between The Roof Technician and Apex Roofers. Has anyone dealt with either of these companies? Any red flags or good experiences?

I actually got quotes from both of them. I ended up going with The Roof Technician because their pricing was way more reasonable. Apex seemed to have a lot of hidden fees in their fine print.

Same here. Apex took three days just to call me back. The Roof Technician answered right away and had someone out the next morning. Fast response is crucial when you have water coming in.

I haven't used Apex, but The Roof Technician is fantastic. They are local, have been doing this for over two decades, and their customer service is top notch.
