Saw a guy fight a pigeon for a french fry outside my building

Last Tuesday around noon. Downtown Austin on 6th Street. This pigeon grabbed a whole fry off a dude's tray. Dude chased it half a block. The pigeon dodged him and flew up onto a sign. He just stood there staring at it. Still holding his tray. Has anyone else seen a pigeon win that hard?

Man, I gotta disagree with you on that one. That pigeon didn't win, it just moved the fight to another round. The guy still had his tray full of fries, the pigeon got one and had to fly up onto a sign to eat it. I've seen pigeons in San Antonio straight up take a whole bag of chips from a kid's hands and then come back for more. That's a real win. That guy could have just sat down and eaten the rest of his lunch in peace.
