Hot take: My old basement gym mess made me really think about squat form.
I used to have weights scattered everywhere and had to clear a path just to lift. Now with my organized rack, I see how having everything in place keeps my mind on my technique.

That part about having everything in place keeping your mind on your technique feels like a stretch. A messy floor never made anyone's squat form magically worse. I get that a clean space is nice, but it sounds more like you just prefer it tidy, which is fine. Linking it directly to better lifting feels like you're making a bigger deal out of it than it is. Form comes from practice and focus, not where your spare plates are sitting.

Tell me you've never tripped over a loose plate on your walkout without telling me. One stray 45 and your beautiful form flies right out the window!

Seriously, a cluttered gym messes with your mental game. You can't focus on form if you're worried about tripping.
