The friend who told me to stop dating guys who drive loud cars was 100% right
Tbh I thought my friend Jen was just being dramatic when she said it was a red flag. Then my ex spent $400 on a new exhaust system instead of fixing his busted radiator, and the whole thing just clicked into place. Has anyone else had a friend see something you totally missed?

My buddy Mark told me the same thing about guys with loud trucks. I thought he was being lame until I dated this one dude who spent like $800 on fluorescent underglow lights for his F150 but couldn't afford to take me to dinner. He legit drove me to McDonalds and asked if I wanted anything off the dollar menu. Mark called it out months before I saw it, now I trust his judgment way more than my own.
