Unpopular opinion: the guy who showed me his "proof" in a Phoenix diner made me a believer in the opposite direction
He pulled a blurry photo from his wallet and said the Air Force took it at Wright-Patterson. I asked him one question about the date on the back and he changed the story twice, so now I think most of these sightings are just folks wanting it to be true.
