My trick for keeping up with seasonal anime without getting lost

I kept missing shows because I'd forget which day they aired. So last season, I made a shared Google Sheet with my friends. We listed every new show, its day, and a one line note after the first episode. It took maybe 20 minutes to set up. Having that one page to check saved me from scrolling through five different sites every week. It also made our group chat way better because we could all reference the same list. What's your method for tracking what you're watching each season?

Oh the shared Google Sheet idea is actually really smart. I used to just try and remember it all in my head and my notes app was a mess. Having one place to check that everyone can see would totally cut down on the chaos. I might have to try that next season instead of my old way.

Right? The shared sheet is a game changer. You can even color code rows for whose turn it is to bring snacks.

You kept all that in your head? I can't even remember my own grocery list.

Ngl, I heard someone on a podcast say they just set calendar reminders for each show's air time and it works better than any spreadsheet. Might be worth a try for people who don't want to coordinate with friends.
