Took me 50 episodes to realize I'd been skipping the post-credits scenes in One Piece

I was complaining online about missing a major plot point and someone asked if I watched the after credits bit, turns out the last 6 arcs I finished had important stuff hiding after the music that I just never waited for.

That Noah stuff actually gets WAY more explained in the manga than the show.

Man, that's wild - I bet hating on Fishman Island would've been way less painful if you actually knew what was happening with that Noah stuff.

Wait, was I supposed to understand what was happening with the Noah stuff the whole time? I mean, I just figured it was gonna crash into Fishman Island and that was the whole deal, like a big boat falling over. Idk, maybe it's just me but I was too busy complaining about how long the arc was to actually pay attention to the setup. Honestly, that's on me for zoning out during the flashbacks, I was probably scrolling my phone. Now I feel kinda dumb for hating on it, like I was mad at a puzzle I didn't even try to solve.
