Bought a $25 borescope off the tool truck thinking it was a gimmick, now it's the first thing I grab on a misfire
I figured a cheap camera on a flex cable was just a toy until I used it to spot a cracked piston on a 2016 Silverado in about 10 minutes instead of pulling the head. Your mileage may vary by brand, but for the money it beats guessing. What else are you all using it for that I'm missing?

Man my buddy had almost the same thing happen. He bought one of those cheap ones to check the walls in his old house for rot before he tore into them, and now he keeps it in his truck all the time. He used it to find a lost wedding ring down a drain last month, no joke. For 25 bucks it's wild how many times you end up grabbing it once it's just sitting there.
