That stat about 90% of electrical failures being bad grounds blew my mind
Was reading through the wiring section of a service manual last night and there it was in black and white, 90 percent of electrical problems trace back to a bad ground connection. Not the component itself, just a dirty or loose ground. Anyone else find themselves double checking grounds first now?

Swapped a starter on my old F-150 once before realizing the ground wire was just barely hanging on by a thread. Felt like a real genius that day.

Man my buddy spent THREE days swapping parts on his truck till someone finally checked the ground.

Legit, learned that lesson the hard way on a buddy's truck too. Grounds first always now.
