Am I the only one who gets pumped when a bakery's inventory sync starts working right?

Finally got the data flow fixed after a few rough patches. Now they can see stock levels update in real time, which helps them plan their daily bakes better.

Seriously, is a perfect stock sync the main thing making or breaking a bakery? Most people just want fresh bread, not a live feed of the flour count. Tech helps, but it's not the whole shop.

The Daily Loaf near me had real-time numbers for a month, and it made things worse. Their system would say we had twelve sourdough left, but the shelf was empty because someone just bought the last three. Sometimes the baker's gut feeling about what sells on a Tuesday is better than any sync.

Does a small lag in stock numbers truly ruin the experience? Customers can just pick a different loaf or wait a bit, it's not a crisis. These tech hiccups are annoying but rarely a big deal.

Ugh, @rileygarcia proves bakers can't count.
