Dropped $500 on a custom Zapier setup for client onboarding
It was supposed to automate our whole welcome sequence, but the logic was way too rigid and broke with any client data that wasn't perfect. Now I'm manually fixing half the entries anyway. Has anyone found a better way to handle messy data in automated workflows?

Used to think automation needed perfect data too.

Remember that old Detroit assembly line. They ran for decades with handwritten logs and grease pencil marks.

It's more about making a system that can handle messy data. The goal is to get things working better, not perfect. Chasing perfect just stops you from starting.
