I finally took that advice to automate billing and it backfired hard
Our CFO told me 6 months ago to switch our SaaS billing from manual invoicing to a full auto-billing system. I spent $3,000 on a tool and set it all up. Turns out it double-charged our top 3 clients for 2 months before we caught it. Has anyone else had an automation rollout go sideways on them like this?

$3,000 and double charges is operator error, not a tool failure.

@jessica707 I had the same problem until I slowed down and checked each charge before hitting confirm, fixed it for me.
