Just crossed 50 paying accounts on my SaaS and I honestly didn't expect it this fast

I started with a simple ops tool for small cleaning businesses back in March and hit 50 subscribers last night... it's just me and a part time dev. Has anyone else had a milestone sneak up on them way sooner than you planned for?

Start charging more before you get overwhelmed. That extra cash flow buys you breathing room to hire help before the next 50 hit.

Heard a buddy of mine who builds booking software for dog groomers hit 100 users in like two months and he was just checking his Stripe dashboard one morning and had to do a double take.

That's a good milestone. When you hit 50, was it mostly from organic word of mouth or did you have a specific marketing channel that pushed you over the edge? I'm curious because that can tell you a lot about where to focus next.
