Just found out that 60% of our trial users churn because they can't figure out the onboarding in the first day

Pulled that from our recent user behavior report and realized we need to simplify our setup wizard before we even think about adding new features - has anyone else seen similar numbers with their SaaS onboarding?

Yep... onboarding is make or break for most SaaS apps these days.

Does that work better for B2B or B2C? I figure a shorter trial pushes people to actually use it while they have access.
