Just realized our onboarding flow had a 12% drop at step 4 for 6 months
I was skeptical when the product team flagged it as a quick fix. Turned out the field label said 'Account ID' instead of 'Company Name' and nobody caught it because we all skipped reading that step. Anyone else have a dumb UX issue hiding in plain sight?

Our login screen had a field labeled "PIN" for months before someone realized new users had no clue what that meant since we never told them one was set. It was literally just their birth year but nobody on the team thought to test it with fresh eyes until a beta user pointed it out. Funny how the dumbest stuff slips through when you're too close to the project lol.

My buddy had a big red "Submit Payment" button that was actually just an image for 3 months.

Check your progress indicators too, found ours pointed to the wrong step for weeks.

Oh man, tell me about it. We had a "Your session will expire" popup that literally showed negative numbers for the countdown because someone used the wrong variable in the code. Took us like two weeks to notice because nobody on the team actually waited around long enough for it to pop up.
