One comment from a customer changed how I run our onboarding calls
Last month a user told me our demo felt like a sales pitch, not a setup guide. They said, 'I dont need to hear about features, I need to know what button to click first.' So I rebuilt the whole onboarding flow around their first 15 minutes in the app. Now I start every call by asking what they want to accomplish that day, then we do just that one task before anything else. Has anyone else gotten feedback like this that made you flip your entire process around?
