Our billing sync broke for 4 days in March and 60 accounts slipped to past due
Turned out the webhook retry logic was set to 3 tries and then it just dropped the event, so Stripe and our app drifted apart silently. What's your alert setup for sync failures, because mine clearly wasn't watching hard enough.
