Product manager asked me to 'just add a dashboard' like it's a checkbox

She said it would take two hours. Three sprints later I'm still rebuilding the data pipeline because our lead scoring model lives in a spreadsheet from 2019. Has anyone else had to explain that dashboards don't fix bad data?

lol yeah nothing makes bad data more visible than a shiny new dashboard.

Had a coworker once who slapped a dashboard on a spreadsheet that was basically held together with duct tape and hope. Looked great for about two weeks before the whole thing crashed.
