Shoutout to the $40 Zapier automation that saved my billing team 20 hours a week

I finally pulled the trigger on a Zapier setup to auto-sync our Stripe invoices into QuickBooks after months of manual data entry pain. Cost me $40 a month for the premium tier, and it’s been running clean for 3 weeks now without a single error.
