Spent 3 days fighting a CSV import that should've taken 20 minutes
Customer data migration for our CRM went sideways hard. 2,400 rows, missing fields, duplicate IDs, and the mapping tool kept dropping the timezone column. After 3 tries I just wrote a Python script at 11pm on a Tuesday. The whole thing took 3 days because I trusted the built-in importer. Has anyone else ditched their SaaS's native import for a custom script? What broke first for you?
