That week when our CRM rollout went perfect on a Tuesday and then crashed hard on Wednesday

We had all our data migrate smoothly in under 4 hours on Tuesday, like some kind of miracle, then the whole system locked up at 2pm the next day because one guy's custom field broke the API and we spent 18 hours rebuilding from a backup from 3 days prior, has anyone else had a tool just decide to die for no clear reason?

Feel you on that one. It's like the universe has this weird sense of humor where it gives you just enough good luck to make the bad luck hurt worse. I've had that exact thing happen where I thought I finally had everything sorted out and then bam, something completely random and terrible happens to mess it all up. Makes you wonder if there's some cosmic force out there that's just waiting for you to feel safe before hitting you with a curveball, you know? Sometimes I just have to laugh about it because crying gets old after a while. Hope your streak of bad luck runs its course soon.

Oh man, the 'miraculous Tuesday followed by the Wednesday from hell' is basically my life story with tech. I swear the universe just waits for me to get comfortable before pulling the rug out.
