I finally got my pork butt bark right using the foil boat instead of wrapping in butcher paper

Did a 9 lb butt on my Oklahoma Joe's in Wichita on Saturday and the boat gave me way better bark than paper ever did. Anyone else made the switch, or do you still wrap the old way?
