Copay card confusion made me question my own pharmacy bill
Last Tuesday I picked up my blood pressure prescription and the pharmacist said my copay dropped to $4 from $38. Turns out the manufacturer had a savings card I never knew about, one I could have used for months. I called my doctor's office and they had no idea it existed either. Why does drug pricing depend on who happens to mention a coupon at the counter? Has anyone else found savings hiding in plain sight like this?
