Had to switch my mom's heart meds after a pharmacy mix-up in Tulsa
Last month the pharmacy gave us the wrong dosage for her blood pressure pills, and she ended up dizzy for three days before we caught it. I called them and they blamed a system update, but I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this kind of error and what you did to prevent it from happening again?

System updates don't swap dosages, that was a human mistake.
