My $380 EpiPen knockoff at a gas station in Lubbock
Middle of the night my throat starts closing up, I'm driving around panicking because my real EpiPen expired, and this 24 hour gas station has a generic version behind the counter for $380. I figured why not, grabbed it, and it did the job before the ambulance even got there. Is it normal for pharmacies to price generic emergency meds like that, or did I just get lucky that a gas station even had one?
