Client's website went from 4 form fills a month to 41 and I only changed one thing
Back in March this plumber in Tucson had a contact page buried three clicks deep, so people were calling instead and he hated phone calls. I moved the form to the top of every page and added a short line that said "tell us what's leaking, we'll text back in an hour." By the end of April he was getting 41 form fills a month, up from 4, and he had to hire his nephew just to answer texts. The funny part is he keeps telling people it was some big secret trick, and I keep telling him it was just putting the thing where people could see it. What's the smallest change you've made that moved the needle for a client like that?
