A date told me my profile made me seem arrogant
She said my bio was just a list of accomplishments (like running my shop for 8 years) and it felt like a job interview. I swapped it for a story about how I once tried to fix my own oven and set off the smoke alarm. What's a better way to show you're proud of your work without sounding like a jerk?
