Realized I was the problem after a 3rd date ghosting story
I used to think it was always the other person's fault when things went nowhere on dating apps. Then I matched with this girl Sarah, we talked for 2 weeks, met for coffee, and she said she had a great time. After the 3rd date she just stopped replying. I was about to vent to my friend about flaky people when she pointed out I had talked about myself for over an hour straight. She even timed me once during a call - 45 minutes of me rambling about my cleaning business without asking her a single question. That made me go back and look at my message history with past matches. Turns out I did the same thing via text, asking like one question for every 5 paragraphs I wrote. Has anyone else realized they were the one doing something off-putting after blaming the app culture?
