Appreciation post: a simple Google Sheets trick saved me a ton of time on client reports

Last week I was pulling data from five different platforms for a monthly report and it was taking forever. I set up a simple IMPORTRANGE formula to pull all the client's social media numbers into one master sheet automatically. Has anyone else found a better way to automate pulling data from Facebook Ads Manager?

I used to manually copy numbers into a spreadsheet every Monday. That IMPORTRANGE trick you mentioned finally convinced me to try some automation myself. It really does cut out the most boring part of the job.

My old car needed the oil checked every week. Now it just sends a text. It's the same with my thermostat and even the grocery list. We used to do a lot of small, manual checks that just happen in the background now. Finding those little automations feels like getting time back.
