My ad account got shut down right before a big sale and I had to think fast
I was at my desk in Denver last Tuesday, about to launch a weekend sale for a local shop. I hit publish on the Facebook ad set and got the instant ban notice. No warning, just a full stop. The shop owner was texting me every five minutes asking for the ad link. I knew the appeal could take days, so I called a friend who runs a small agency. He told me to set up a new Business Manager right away with a different payment method, which felt wrong but it worked in about two hours. I had to rebuild the whole campaign from scratch, but we got it live by that evening. The sale still happened, but it was way too close. Has anyone else had to do a full restart like that and did it cause more problems later?
