Yeah, aaron's right about calling. I've heard the Austin office is slammed but if you get a live person they can sometimes escalate it same day.

Calling support directly got mine back fast.

Calling is a total gamble though. Last time I tried, I was on hold for over two hours just to get someone who couldn't do anything. They just opened another ticket, which put me back at the end of the line. The email system might be slow, but at least it's a paper trail you can follow up on.
