The new sand binder they brought in last week is a total mess
We got this new stuff at the plant in Toledo, supposed to set faster and be stronger. Mixed it up Monday morning like the bag said, but the cores for the big pump housing batch just crumbled when we pulled them from the box. Boss said it was our fault, but we followed the spec sheet to the letter. Anyone else have a batch fail like that recently?

We had the same issue in Dayton last month. I used to blame the crew until I saw the binder specs were wrong on the pallet.
