A magician's hat mishap taught me to love unposed street moments
I always felt bad capturing people without asking, saw it as rude. But last week, I watched a magician in the park try to pull a rabbit from his hat. He messed up and the hat flew onto a dog's head. Everyone laughed, even the magician. I got a photo of the dog with the hat and his shocked look. That image caught a genuine, joyful moment no setup could. Now I hunt for those sudden, funny scenes instead of hesitating, and it has changed how I approach street photography for the better.
